垂直選項觀察完，大概猜應該是考二個考點：

1. as is/was/has been/had been the case 的特別結構，但整個看完 A/B/C 三項都不是照著特別結構標準句寫，那就很確定是考比較了。
2. 比較 (like/unlike + NOUN ; as 接子句) 

A) 項看完，句意觀察知道是在做同類比較，比較的對象是不同主體的 DNA，GMAT 的同類比較非常堅持一定要有可比性。通常是用 Like / Unlike + NOUN, NOUN 做二個名詞比較。觀察出同類比較考點後，若時間緊急，技巧上可以先衝 D/E 二項看比較。

D) Like human, the DNA...    人跟 DNA 不同類，無可比性，刪

E) Like human DNA, the DNA of grape plants  有可比性，而且對比之下，修正了 D) 的相對錯誤。
--後方結構也都正確，先保留: 主動一致 ok ; sites in which 介係詞+關代 指代正確 ok 

回頭檢查 A/B/C 三項: 
A) those 有問題 (those 意圖指代不存在之單數名詞)，刪
--用了複數 those 指代不同物品時犯了一個大錯。those 往後指代只會抓到 plants 或 sites ，或更往後未畫線處的這些複數名詞，變成 plants of humans 或 sites of humans 這種不符邏輯的指代。 (其實原始隱含的句意是要做 DNA 在不同物種的比較，如果認得出這一點，其實會更快刪去 A)

補: OG12-Q85... civilization that... 中的錯誤選項設計也是用 those 做錯誤不存在指代
=> 這是我這個考點技巧最原始的來源，出處是 OG12 的錯誤設計。這裡又證明了針對錯誤檢討的重要性，如果沒有確實檢討，錯誤一定會重複出現。

B) As human DNA, the DNA of grape plants... as 用法錯誤，刪
--此例 as 表身為、作為用，句意變成 as human DNA, 植物的 DNA 不拉不拉... 植物的 DNA 怎麼身為人類的 DNA？ 邏輯錯誤
--補: 考 like / unlike 同類比較時，as 通常作為搭配的錯誤設計。總結時要記得整理出做對比時 as + 子句 ; like/unlike + NOUN 的正確用法。
--補: as 是一個特別的考點，建議把所有正確句中有用到 as 的句子單獨整理成一組考點

C) As it is with human DNA, the DNA of grape plants, containing sites in which 整句是 As it is with human DNA...(略) 的 fragment 刪
--補: 如 B) 解釋，考 like / unlike 比較，通常會搭配 as 做錯誤設計。
        1) as + NOUN, NOUN : as + 名詞用法本身是對的，但是搭配後方的主句，造成邏輯、句意錯誤
        2) as S + V, S + V... : 做對比時 as 需使用 S + V 子句形式，這個寫法也是對的，但是本例就是把後面的 S + V 拿掉，造成 fragment 錯誤

正向檢查:

-Like 同類比較，連接名詞正確，比較對象需有可比性 ok
-the DNA contains sites 主動一致 ok
-...sites in which certain sequences of N are repeated over and over.  --> in which 指代前方地點 sites，關係清楚。再檢查後方未畫線子句正確。 ok

補: sites where 跟 sites in which 在本題沒有偏好，二個可互相替換。

本題是短題，就不需要再所有修飾語剃除後再貼一次了，當練習有心得後，就順著看過去，即可以抓到句子結構的主要資訊了。
